WCBB: What happened? Why are you in the Wheelchair?
Fallon: I was born with hydrocephalus, and I have cerebral palsy.

WCBB: Why did you get started?
Fallon: I had lifted weights in P.E. class all four years in high school and loved it.  After graduation, I joined a gym and trained with fellow wheelchair bodybuilder, Chad McCrary. 

WCBB: What made you want to become a Wheelchair Bodybuilder?
Fallon: Chad and the owner of Icon Gym & Training, John Clack, suggested to me that I pursue bodybuilding so I did my first show in 2008 and loved it.

WCBB: How did you go about doing it? 
Fallon: I began training 3 days a week with 3 extra cardio days in-between.

WCBB: What motivates you?
Fallon: My fellow bodybuilding team members of Team Icon, fellow wheelchair bodybuilders, my gym friends, and my family.

WCBB: What supplements do you take?
Fallon:

WCBB: What is your training?
Fallon: 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps: dumbbell rows, flat Smith machine bench press, incline chest presses, dumbbell shoulder presses, Arnold presses, dumbbell side lateral raises, dumbbell hammer curls, dumbbell bicep curls, dumbbell tricep extensions, pushups and pullups

WCBB: Do you have any suggestions or tips for others?
Fallon: Never give up; stay focused and dedicated; always follow your dreams.
